My wife and I decided to have our bathroom remodeled, and always seeing Romero Roofing & Services being suggested on social media we decided to give them a chance. They were the one and only we called for an estimate and we’ll I will tell you what, from the time this team came into our home from the time they left it was an amazing experience. When the project was complete they did a walk down with my wife and I and they made sure that all the work was up to their own standards which really impressed me. I had a friend to recommend recommend Romero’s Roofing. He was so pleased with the roof replacement they did for him. He had nothing but good things to say about their work. I called and John came out to inspect and give an estimate. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I signed contract with him for a full roof replacement. The day before they were to replace the roof, I Had a family member admitted to hospital. I called John with my dilemma, he told me not to worry. He would take care of everything. When we returned home, we had a beautiful new roof. Our house looked great. Everything had been cleaned up.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I hired Romero Roofing to do a whole roof replacement as well as installing ridge vents on my home. Mr. Romero initially came to my home along with his son who is also an employee of the company. They did a thorough inspection and provided me with quotes for multiple options for my home. Both were professional and courteous and obviously knew their business very well. I also received five other quotes from other contractors in the Chattanooga area. Mr. Romero’s quote was neither the least nor most expensive, but it was by far the most comprehensive, professional and detailed. Once the crew arrived and began work, I was impressed by how well everyone did the job and at the courtesy and respect given to my family and myself. The crew completed the job in two days which included repairs for the chimney which were discovered during the process. Once the job was done, the crew cleaned the entire area and put everything back in place. Mr. Romero arrived, along with his grandson (who is training for the business) for the final inspection and we were able to have a most pleasant conversation before he departed. I plan to hire them again to paint my home and install new windows in the future. This is, by far, the best experience I’ve had with any contractor since moving to the Chattanooga area and I would recommend them to anyone.

The estimate was beyond fair, the employees were beyond professional, and the work performed was outstanding. Romero Roofing Co. lived up to their many positive on-line reviews. John Romero and his father Francisco are very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They were available to discuss any questions or issues before and during our roof repair and replacement. They both took time to come by during the two days of the project to ensure that all went well. I should mention the office staff, being primarily Vanessa, who is John’s sister, and is very friendly and helpful as well. The work crew was also very polite and professional and took great pains to clean up after themselves both days. All this at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the professionalism of Romero Roofing and Services LLC. Señor Francisco, Juan and the crew were easy to talk with. They came early in the morning and left close to sundown. We ended up with a beautiful new roof with an outstanding warranty. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. They will be installing all new 6-inch gutters and downspouts in a couple of days, and after that, a new deck. We are confident that they are the best contractors in the Chattanooga/North Georgia area.

The gutter on the back of our house was damaged from a tree falling during a summer thunderstorm. I called Romero Roofing based on positive Google reviews. What a great customer experience. Very polite and very professional from the start.
The owner answered my call and had his project manager Dan call me back a few hours later. Dan was extremely professional and provided me with a very reasonable quote. The job I needed accomplished was really much smaller that what they typically do, yet he still made me feel like my business was just as important to them as any other job. He scheduled a crew to come out within a few days.
On the scheduled day, the crew was running a little later than planned, but before I even had time to wonder where they were, Dan gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way and apologized for the delay.
The two gentlemen who showed up were very proficient at their task and quickly tore down 50 feet of damaged gutter and replaced it with a very nice seamless run. They cleaned up around the work site and the only indication they ever showed up was my clean, white gutter. They thanked me for letting them perform the work before they left.
Overall very impressed. From start to finish they made this issue easier to deal with and provided outstanding customer service. If the future requires me to need any of the services they offer, Romero Roofing will be the first company I call. Highly recommend.

Mr. Romero replaced our roof, made repairs where needed and really worked a miracle with our chimney. Mr. Romero was there every step of the way overseeing his crew. We called Romero Roofing to come out and do a roof repair for us. We are very happy with the job they have done. They also came out and took a chimney down that we didn’t want there anymore. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and no leaks! They also do tree and shrub cleanup, gutters, decks, siding or any home improvement. We will keep them in mind when it’s time for a new roof.

The last storm caused some roof damage. I contacted Francisco to see if he could fix the roof before the next wave of storms. He said he was very busy but would get to me in about a week. Actually, he had his guys come by two business days later. They fixed the area I identified and went beyond that by identifying and fixing other potential trouble spots. They worked very diligently and professionally. The price for the repair was very realistic and affordable. I am certain to call them back if I have any needs in the future. Francisco was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire experience.
